If you’re tired of feeling uncomfortable in your clothes, low in energy, never satiated after a meal, and are simply overwhelmed by the amount of dietary information out there, then this 90 day program is the support you’ve been seeking.

Your dedicated Health Coach will show you how to drop those last few kgs, enhance your workouts, gain more energy, and stay on track with your goals. In this 90-day program you will learn to:

  • Identify which foods are right for your unique body type

  • How to eat again (believe us - there’s more to it than you think!)

  • Turn these new healthy habits into behaviors that last

Available as in-person or phone/skype sessions. Receive tools, handouts and other materials to assist in achieving your goals.

  • Releasing yourself from relying solely on dieting and exercise for better health

  • Exploring what’s in your environment and how it may be affecting your health

  • How the way you eat impacts your health and weight

  • Getting past all of the food information out there so you can be in control of your choices

NB: This program does not sacrifice any of the fun in your life. There’s no deprivation and no strict exercise routine, macro counting, juice cleanses or anything like that. Instead, we gently shift your current habits into new ways that allow you to feel your best self, always. I promise, you can even continue to consume cheese and wine (my favourites!).
