Eating well doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming! In this relaxed and interactive workshop, Health Coach Mathilde will teach you how to make one dinner, one lunch, and one dessert or pre-made breakfast in 90 minutes. After the cooking is done, enjoy a family-style tasting of the food.
Dinner meal: Nachos (corn free, gluten free, dairy free and vegan).
Lunch meal: Nacho Salad with Chicken
Dessert/Breakfast: Choc Chia Pudding
Classes will be held in my home in Robertson Quay from 11am-1pm, so I am only able to take 6 people at a time. Keep an eye out on Facebook for future event dates!
